By accessing or using LetHerDo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LetHerDo provides an AI-powered assistant named Sara that automates tasks on Android devices on your behalf. Sara interacts with apps through the device screen, similar to how a human user would.
3. User Accounts
You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that could harm the Service or other users. Device sessions must not be used for unauthorized access to third-party services.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. Device resources are shared among users and availability may vary based on demand.
6. Limitation of Liability
LetHerDo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any actions Sara performs on your behalf, including purchases, messages sent, or data modifications made on third-party apps.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
